So I followed all directions to the letter; extracting and installing the .rwp file, then copying and pasting the correct .geopcdx files into their corresponding folders. Despite all this, the repaint is not showing up in-game. It's listed in the system, but when you try to click on it (quick drive consist builder, or scenario builder), nothing shows up.

Try placing the locomotives in the route editor, if that does not work double check the .geopcdx files
