Now i dont have the FL9 or the P32, But i download your sound packs just to have the Bell and Horn to use on other locomotives. When i donwloaded this i opened the rar file and got a page with Coding on it. Was this meant to be?

Installed the Shoreliner Cab Car Bell & Horn Pack for the P32AC - works like a champ!
Below is an image of me really laying on that Leslie as I cross the meadows in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
Get the horn - It will not disappoint.

It would help if you took a screenshot and posted it.

The mod has a rar file inside of a 7z file. This confuses your Winrar utility.
What to do:
1- On your screenshots, I see you have opened the 7z file already.
2- Now you must extract the 4 files into a temporary folder.
3- Then you close the 7z file.
4- Then you follow the instructions in the readme file extracted in step 2.

BTW, get the free 7zip utility, it is much better than your Winrar for handling archives.

Yes, 7-zip is much better at file compression than winrar is. The compressions tend to be much smaller in size.
