Canadian Hopper CP pack

Unread postby CPRailfan34 » Fri May 01, 2015 2:53 pm

Hey guys! I'm creating a converted version of Amtrack's Canadian hopper pack which converts the government of Canada hopper to CP, along with the Saskatchewan cars. The government car has been converted. A surprise never before released CN grain hopper will be included after I make it. I will update with photos soon. Oh and feel free to guess the design of this surprise hopper if your up to the challenge.

Cheers,

Andrew

I have completed the conversion of the Canadian hopper pack, and will be starting on the mystery car soon. I will post teaser images as I work on the car. As the images come up have a guess with images or just a straight up guess! No contest here, I just wanna see Who is able to guess the car before its completed image comes up.

I do not own the CMP route, this is a repaint of the Micheal's freeware cylindrical hopper into these liveries, I only reassigned the cars into cp. the new one that is a WIP is a mystery grain car. I am getting close to completing the car I have the "decals" to put onto the car but I will be updating the mystery car with a fresh image of the WIP car.

Ok Teaser Number Two! yellow bars on the car!

The numbers will need to change in color cause they blend in with the yellow bars.

Teaser #2 for RWA.jpg

Ok guys! Lets see who can Guess the car by its colors alone! No decals yet!

Your right JohnTrainHead! That was fast! Now that it isn't a mystery it is in fact the yellow CNWX rail car! It will be that car but the decals will be Goldish brown, but I'm not wondering if I do the red ones cause there is a red set of the numbers.

Sorry if I haven't updated over the weekend I' just taking my time with the final car, last time I rushed to get it live and made some mistakes with the numbers and bin file. This time I wanna make everything accurate and correct before I upload this pack. Oh question, which color should the decals be gold or red? I'm thinking red for accuracy of a new car.

Thanks Bob for letting me know the pics here are perfect for the package, I will be working on the final car soon and will be gathering my documents for upload as soon as I finish the final car. I thought the yellow barred CNWX car suited the pack as it is a Canadian hopper and made the hopper pack my own.

Thanks

Andrew

Got the textures on the car i just have to adjust them so the numbers fit and paint the auto numbering to match, this set in on the home stretch!

This has been a fun car to do! at first it was a little frustrating to copy some of the images needed, but once I figured it out it didn't take me long. Just the numbers and some minor movements and that's it!
