Denver & Rio Grande Western passenger cars

Moved this over here. There are a bunch of different ones the adorned the D&RGW through the years so I'm not sure how far this is going to go however so far.................

I discovered that there are a couple of variations of paint jobs on the locomotives also.

Many also had the single black stripe as opposed to the multi pin stripes, but they look good :)

A little back story on the stripes: The engines were delivered in four stripe scheme. The stripes were nothing more than a decal. When the engines ran through the wash racks daily the stripes were constantly falling off. A single stripe was adopted shortly thereafter.

Nice Buzz. Don't forget there is a Britkits based F9 set, a F3 set, a FT set, and a set of SW1200s in the library, all in the WP colors (search my name to find them.).
