INRD Ex Soo sd40

Unread postby NSrailfan6130 » Tue Jan 27, 2015 9:45 pm

This is my first actual attempt at a repaint in Railworks, this is based off the Indiana Railroad Ex Soo sd60's, I havent done the sd60 yet but that should be next. This still has many issues such as the I logo on the front needs to be flipped and shrinked. Does anybody know what those little red things are on the hand rail?

Are you talking about those red can looking things on the front and rear handrails? If so I believe they're holders for the M.U. Cables so if they were left connected to the unit, they wouldn't flop all over the place. I'm thinking it was mainly a UP thing. Great job on the repaint!

If you don't mind I would like to add this to the Lafayette route's assets. I have been putting together a fleet for a few weeks now.

I'm Also working on this little fella, Indiana Northeastern GP30, you might as well throw this in there when finished, still have the front to do.

Indiana Northeastern Railroad stretches nearly 130 miles in length
across northeastern Indiana, northwest Ohio and southern lower Michigan.
Most of the railroad's traffic interchanges with Norfolk Southern at
Montpelier, Ohio.

Great job. Could you make a dirty version of you paint if you get time?
