It could definitely be done, I don't own the GP40 or GP38 right now but maybe in the future

Yes, its very close to being finished! Unfortunately the number boards for that model (the closest in appearance) only allow for three numbers, and the original B&M units were numbered 1750-1755 so I have decided to put the full number on the side of the cab and let the imagination suffice for the numberboards!

The SP version has four numbers. Are you sure it won't work with four?

The SP version does allow four numbers but as far as I can tell the UP version only allows three. I would have gone with the SP version but the SP headlights on the nose are a bigger difference than just missing a digit on the numberboards! Unless there's a way to switch the numberboards or alias the UP version to the SP
