Do those F7's have steam gennies on them? Looks like the ports and vents for them on the back of the roof?

Yes, and I've added double sealed beam lamps to the headlights, and winterizing hatches. Is there anything else needed?

(I'm not sure here which use these are, is this the freight livery? If so they can be removed.)

Well CN only had regular F7's and not FP7's , they had FP9's which were in a different scheme all together. Besides that the only thing missing is that some of the F7's had anti glare panels on the top of the nose and the red could be justa tad darker, uunless you are going for a faded look?

So you are suggesting the steam jennies come off the A units? Regular A units had steam jennies as well as the extended FP7As, although I'm not positive the CN had them installed. The anti-glare panel is easy, and I'll darken the red a bit.

Yes, the jennies should be omitted from the F7's entirely for CN units, they just had a big square plate over where they would have been. Here's a few pictures to show you what I mean, plus it will show some variations in the unit's details as many had some minor differences.

And this is what one of CN's FP9A's look like, these are GMD FP9's which have unique features compared to the EMD counterpart.

If you are interested in doing some FP9's here's a page that will talk about all the details of the locomotives and the variants between production batches:

Not always, but it was fairly common up on the roof due to the bells freezing and jamming when its located down beside the truck in the wintertime due to all the "snowdust" being kicked up.

It's finished, and uploaded. Two fixed numbers for the A units, 4 auto numbers for the B units (number position issues).
