Can you believe its has been 4 weeks since finalization of 'da Bergen'? With all this time on my hands, it has been a long 4 weeks. I am enjoying the free time. You have to try to wrap your head around what comes down to working on something 3 hours a day, every day, for 7 years. It's really weird not heading to the office after 9 to go and plant some more trees. Now, I do have some projects, vaguely floating around in my mind. But, I have unfinished business. And that is to get the darn U34CH EL-NJDOT released. I will let you know how I make out on that. Another thing I want to see done, is have the Western half of the route done on Train Simulator: Workshop Wednesday. Its all Matt's fault that I spent all this time to do this because he said the route was epic. I don't know what comes after epic, but it would great for him to do one for old time sakes. Truly, Matt was an inspiration and I must thank him for that. And I really want to see what Elphaba would do with the route to. Speaking of scenario makers, I am out there answering questions and pointing out the utility of my operations guide. Get it here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4DCtR ... FJNDQ/view
And we still don't have any takers on what rule "G". This question was posed to you lushes by "ElTom" or The Tom in English. Either way the man deserves our attention. Speaking of Bulleit. I just resupplied on Monday. It's so good. For the curious, and over 21 years of age check it out here: https://www.bulleit.com/ Bulleit-The OFFICIAL Bourbon of the Bergen Line!
Finally, do keep and eye out for up and coming scenarios, we have several guys out there working on some right now. And that's what I got for this week.
Carry on.

What a surprise - saw them perform this live a few times back in the '70s when they were touring in North Devon, England - great band - still great music - takes me back.
From the same period, with Rick Wakeman on keyboards
And I would like to shout out august1929 for not only knowing last weeks guest group - Yes, and HE SAW THEM LIVE. We are not worthy! Thanks august1929 for stepping up and digging on the tunes.
Work on the route is at ... I was going to say standstill but yet, little side projects come my way to work on and I like that. Soon, we shall see, first hand, what Buzz has been cooking. Looks like some GE coming our way.
Do check out Schnauzahpahz doing his Bergen thing on this weeks installed entitled: Train Simulator 2021: New York Division - Bergen County Line (Jersey City & Croxton Yard) Linky: https://youtu.be/PTMxvHMzcyE This is so much better than me doing it. I did plan on setting the route to music or a concert series: Berganapolooza. He's doing such a good job - I will hold back for a bit.
I am still thinking about what I want to do next. Repaints? Harass DTG about the U34CH? I dunno.
Until next time. Carry on.

This is a really super model. They took the time to make it right. I WILL be writing a long love letter to the Diesel Workshop!

The hit points that I really appreciate: Detail - those marker lights, bell and horns - the real deal Detail - Motran Motorola Radio - I researched this for the U34CH/33c - love it wish it worked. Numbering is dead on Color is really good Builders plates ( and their own too - a nice touch)

Open see through vents.
So far in driving, it feels like a 1200 ... I really should get this one for the old man to see how it really measures up. So, the throttle and brake feels solid and natural.
