I think you assume incorrectly. However if I am wrong the BNSF version is the original. What are you missing?

Well reading the "readme" it says just run the assetsetup.exe or place the asset in the correct path, which I chose to run the assetsetup.exe and all installed. I then went to make sure in the scenerio that the G-TraX was checked, saw it listed in the list , clicked on it, but no Bethgon was placeable on the track, so that's why I ask what else did I need in order for it to work, or just install and go.

You can try installing the BNSF pack and see if that fixes the problem I haven't heard from anyone else about this.

How to fix? This only shows up when lights are on. BNSF AND NS same result.

EOTD.zip

Goes in Assets\G-Trax\Trains\RailVehicles. It is only missing if you didn't have their DoubleStack cars.

I still have all the lettering and stuff to do but next offering is near done. What do you do when you wake up in the middle of the night with a coughing fit with your cold and you can't get back to sleep you ask? You get up and work on a re-paint.

It just warms my heart and encourages me to continue to do painting for this forum when some individual or individuals knock your work while giving no feedback either privately or publicly about what can or should be done to improve items.
Maybe I'll just lay back and enjoy the sim and let someone else create stuff. !*not-ok*! !!**sorry**!!

There is one member who seems to delight in rating whatever he or she rates as a one star but never offers an explanation or constructive criticism or anything else. This numskull should consider their actions. If they really rate everything so lowly why do they bother to download at all. It is disheartening Buzz but this clot has done it to me twice as well it isn’t you it is everyone. Forgive me if I have misread between the lines and don’t let the b......s get you down.

This is one of many reasons I've decided to step back from making things for the game and just get on with my life. Just not as fun as it used to be.

I'm not sure why we keep having those ratings. Almost nobody remembers to go back an rate items, and I don't know if anyone looks at them before downloading. So it's only a source of anguish for content builders.

IF used properly the ratings can be a useful guide to builders/contributors BUT if abused for someone’s idea of amusement then it can be disheartening as it is in fact insulting the work. The individual (who hides behind anonymity) should find their amusement (hopefully harmlessly) elsewhere.

I don't want to dwell on this but when several are giving a work fives and one person !*roll-laugh*! gives it a one it says more about them than the work. You know when you're looking at restaurant ratings of a place you are thinking of going to and everyone is giving it fours and fives and one gives it a one you know that the person is a jerk.

A couple days ago I downloaded the four Bethgons repaints available, but I have not installed them yet. The new Montana route has kept me busy in the last days, the few hours I have had available during Christmas time. It is probable because of the Holidays that many others have not yet downloaded them.

I can´t say myself I am someone that rates much works but I do it sometimes. I should do it more frequently, but it is mostly because I forget voting than anything else. Another frequent habit I have is that I will never have a rant and rate a work low, no matter how bad it is. I just do not vote in those cases.

I have followed this thread closely. I don´t need to wait installing those BethGons to know they are a fine piece of work, both for modeling by Rick Grout plus the four repaintings by Buzz.
And finally I believe the Railworks America community owes a lot to Buzz and his extensive collection of works along all these years.
