Progress is coming along. I have most of the scenery done up to Sunol. I still have some fine tunning work on the Union Pacific Side to do. But the Niles Canyon Railroad side is about 80% complete up to Sunol. Here are some screen shots and some videos. The videos are from the Spot Siding up to Sunol. https://youtu.be/hRBm9olN60Y https://youtu.be/COhDE26Oq90 https://youtu.be/f796yov6jNo

For those who care 95 percent of the route is finished from Niles To Sunol. I am finishing up a few things in Niles. I have started on the Niles Junction. Once I finish at that spot I will continue on the Union Pacific side up to Sunol. I do plan on going to the end of the line from Sunol to the end of the track but not for a while. I will be taking a break for a while after I finish what I am doing now. I was going to put this route up for people to download from this site but I have changed my mine. Too many people complaining about how many Payware routes that I use. And you will need a fairly good computer to run this route. So once it is done I will post what Payware routes everyone will need and my specs of my computer. I have all of the Freeware assets ready to go at my MediaFire site. If I get people that want the route that have what assets like Payware that I have then I will send the route to those people only. This way for those that don't have what you need you will not have to bother with this route. I am looking for the route to be ready by the end of Summer. Here are two screen shots of the Niles Junction. One from the real route and one from my route. Remember I have just started on the Niles junction area.

What payware is needed? Interested in running this route. I won't complain if I don't have all the payware required! *!greengrin!*

This is good to here. I have been getting alot of complaints and i understand but this is how i make my routes. Here is the list. You will need 3d Trains Trees both versions and most important his newer 3d trees i use alot of them. Also his scail rail and Scail roads. He has freeware versions of some of these but i use the payware versions. Go to his site to check them out. Now Payware routes come to Eight.

G TRAX-DSNG PORTLAND and STEVENS PASS. Rsc routes. DONNER PASS MARIAS PASS PACIFIC SURFLINER PENN COAL and SHERMAN HILL. I also use some of the Rsc MP construction and Mps Decal 04 but just a few times at the start of the route. All of the other assets will be available at me MediaFire site to download. The most important routes are DONNER PASS SHERMAN HILL and MARIAS PASS and all of the G TRAX routes. The route will run if you don't have all of my assets but it will not look like my videos do unless you have all of the routes and assets. One of the most important freeware assets is Sads assets I use his Terrain for the route. All of the freeware assets will be available at my MediaFire site as i stated before. As i have said in another post you will need atleast 8 GB of memory and a decent video card to run this route without alot of stuttering.

The water was at that level when El Nino was hitting us. :D

They have an inflatable dam just past the bridge but it cannot raise the water level that high. I would say drop it lower by 5~10 feet.

A friend of mine called from the Bay Area and said the rubber dam got sliced up by vandals.
