NEC 2 (unofficial) [Help Needed]

For speed limits, the maximum speed limits on the center tracks should reach 135mph for Acelas, and 125mph for all other trains. The outer tracks probably have a maximum of 110mph. This of course varies from segment to segment, particularly for curves and such, and I can't really help on speedlimits by the milepost, but some common sense should give you a pretty close match. That's actually the main thing I dislike about the official NEC, is that the speed limits are too slow, only reaching 120mph when they should be 125 for anything that can reach it, and 135 for Acelas.

Well im a big Acela fan myself since a friend of my parents allowed me as a child to ride the prototypes. So when it comes down to speed limits and and quality of Stations for them I have an extra eye out for them

Just got my NEC track charts which is pretty nicely detailed. With not only a graphic picture of the actual line, but with recognizable speed charts and location bolded at the top. I'd have to thank Clinchfieldfanatic for the link and hopefully i can make some changes for the Acela speed freaks
