Kris,
This is all I am getting using method 2. What am I doing wrong? And does that Select all belong in the code somewhere and if so where?

I'm afraid you have edited the xml that comes with the package from Touzzz.
Unfortunately RWtools doesn't seem to adapt this, but only the *.bin (and save a temporary xml file somewhere else, maybe even in ram).
So it would be even better not to include the *.xml.
Here as an illustrative object the relocated decal of Buzz and the corresponding loco-blueprint:
DieselWorkshop-C424-Conrail-with-Buzz-decals-integrated.rar

Simply unpack in Assets and let overwrite.
Hope that helps.

If you are talking to me I did not edit the xml.

Here's a link to new a set of new Conrail numbers. Run the RW_AssetSetup.exe file to install them. Feel free to install them on the original repaint and re-upload.

Number 2.jpg
Many thanks Harry! However I wonder why the numbers are all changed except the number two? I checked the Tgpcdx and the two changed like the others... !*don-know!*

I'm not sure what this is all about, but if patches are needed you can send them to me with a brief readme text and I will add them to the library item.

Ya know, I recently wrote a python script that will create number decals from a specified font... not sure if that's helpful or not.

These are in PNG format so they need a little conversion...
