Been neglecting this project lately, but I've finally gotten myself around to redo the weathering on the black hoppers. I have been struggling with this, but today I finally struck a look that works really well. Now I just have to finish the last six weathered versions...

You've got a nice technique going with the weathering.

I belong in the camp that believes that coal cars are only clean for one day, and spend the rest of their lives in varying states of filth. I'm happy that we have more options to reflect that in game now.
