Just a heads up ET44C4, when you upload this thing you can still brand it as a F45 as the ATSF did have those alongside the FP45... Essentially the only difference is the F45 (like the BN model) has the cowling end right after the rear side radiators rather than extend even further for passenger car appliances. Both pictures below are of F45's. If you plan on making a red and silver paint scheme then you have to brand this thing as a FP45 as F45's were strictly freighters and good luck to you. So far so good. !!*ok*!!

Thank you very much for the information and the encouragement! !!*ok*!! Once I finish the Bluebonnet, I hope to successfully make the next livery which will be of the Super Fleet. Man does it look good! !*drool*!

Not sure about these though, as it appears it has parts of the logo on them... I don't know what to do about the issue.

Hey dood,

You could cover those areas where the logo is doubled up on the front plates with decals, attached as child objects. Its a PITA from what I understand, but if you're stuck, its an option.

I did think of that, but I don't have any idea how to model or anything related to that. *!lol!*

Hey guys, I'm certainly still working on this project if y'all were wondering. I would like to bring up the fact that I'm taking some to time to clean out the garage/shop on the farm which will take a good while to finish. I will be working on that for a few weeks, so I'm not sure how things will go time wise. We will just have to see what's what... *!greengrin!*

I put in a good ten hours of work yesterday, and I'm going to get back at it tomorrow. Progress is slow regarding the cleaning up of the shop. As for the repaint, no work has been done, but it will get worked on when I have time. !!*ok*!!

How'd you get that grid to show up? That might come in handy for some repaints I want to do.

I'm still working on this repaint by the way, if anyone was wondering. I will never forget or abandon a Santa Fe repaint project!

color_grid.zip

Just unzip it and put it with your other bmp images. when you want to use it just open it in your editor and paste it into whatever image you want to check. Save it and look at it in game and then go back and undo do it after you find the object you want to change.
