I'm missing some basic concepts I think.
I've searched but found no explanation.
What's a business train?
What's this office car with its huge window and what purpose does it have?

For The people that do not know, all class 1 railroads are owned by company's, and they run business trains to show possible customers how great there railroad is and why they should ship with them, think of it as a private jet ride or a ride in a limo.

And the cars are called theater cars, they are used on inspection trains, business train, excursions, etc.

it's just like an observation car, except more people can sit and look out the back
