So it is not the Stevens Pass GP38?

Technically no. I have the stand-alone GP38 from Steam. I don't have the Stevens Pass. I'm not sure if the GP38 with the route is the same as the stand-alone. The Marias Pass SW1500 is different from the stand-alone SW1500, the same is likely true with the GP38. I'm using the GP38-2BnPack01 locomotive for the re-paint. Sorry for the confusion.

BNSF patch just about set, thinking of adding a whiteface.

I'll give it a try, but believe me RSC doesn't make it easy to repaint many of their models. I'll have to locate dozens of individual polygons (or so it seems) for the headlights a nearly impossible task, at least without a template of some sort. No help from RSC for sure!!

Do you know the trick about inserting a color template of some sort into the Bmp to help locate obscure items?

That's a new one to me, Buzz. I'd be willing to give it a try anyway. Those tiny bits of color on their texture files is very intimidating.

Many Thanks,

Here is one that I use. You can make it larger or smaller depending on that you are trying to find. Just paste it in wherever you are looking and then just undo it after you find the location.

I know I've said it before, but the faded/weathered numbering and logos really set this repaint apart. Great work!
