Were the Tunnel Motors not equipped with the typical SP cluster of headlights? Or did RSC back then choose not to model this characteristic SP detail?

It was the crossover time between Gyra lites, Beacons on the roof, which are in the wrong place, and ditch lights.
I forget off hand, but the bell or beacons are supposed to be offset.
I always wished someone with the knowledge would make a working Gyra-lite kit for the GP9.

Thanks everyone *!!thnx!!* I will be away until late Tomorrow night or Sunday so I will start on the SW1500 and Cotton Belt variants of the SD40T-2, GP9, and SW1500. Once all the locomotives and cabeese are finished sometime next week I may have a go at weathering...no promises though since it'll be my first real attempt !**duh*!!

SW1500's are done. I decided last minute to do a speed lettered variant that 15 SW1500's wore at one point.

Now onto Cotton Belt variants *!greengrin!*

And here's a shot of all 6 SP locos:

Looks good, have you used this for reference?

He didn't need reference, he simply brightened up the texture. The default is a lettered one anyway.

He didn't just "brighten up the texture".

Then that would be my fault.

I brightened up the textures, tweaked a few details, and relettered everything so you're not completely wrong. !**duh*!! I've been using real photos for reference.
Here's your Cotton Belt engines Eric and Boosted, fully equipped with accurate number ranges. !*roll-laugh*! Unfortunately there's slight details I can't add such as the number on the nose of the SD40T-2 and the number on the front pilot of the SW1500 without doing an individual repaint of each number.
