!*don-know!* I'm from Germany and I don't google the story behind a livery so maybe you take a little bit time an search for it *!!wink!!*

It would seem there was a celebration act back in May 2015 in Alltoona:

This is the blue livery for Veteran's Day: !!howdy!!

The blue loco is another SD60E.

Just an additional note: 911 is not being used by NS as a road ID number for any of their locos.

What do you want to say to me with your pics ? I know that a SD70MAC isn't a SD60E, but I always need challenges, so I practice with the different templates and can finish engine repaints faster.
Also I love to have a large amount of different engines in my collection. Additional to that I love NS, BN, CR and my favorite CSX. And there are so many different paints out in the real world...I must have them all !*roll-laugh*! !*roll-laugh*!

I think the pics have been misunderstood. I asked a question earlier about that livery and then I proceeded to do my own research.
The 2nd pic was because of the comment by Berkshirefan765 related with the Veterans.
I didn´t know the blue loco was a SD60E until I checked the ID route number. I have not the expertise to distinguish models so easily.

And about your second paragraph,..............I am one of your best "customers" **!!bow!!** **!!bow!!** *!lol!*

yeah Norfolk Southern has three special SD60Es and they will all be in railworks: 6920 (me), 6963 (Nitsujy12345) and 911 (Sibell) and i just need to see the 911 then i will have seen all three and sadly it has gone through my town TWICE and i knew but it was dark, BOTH TIMES!
Hey Sibell when this is released can i use it as a guide for my new veterans unit? because i am redoing it and using the academy SD70MAC, and what painting program do you use?

Oh, I'm so sry, but after looking at Nitsujy12345 and your reskin I guess the template was in DX3 format...but the templates of the academy engine are DX5, so I can put more details in it...aaaand otherwise I only can drive the 911 unit for the reason I don't own the SD70 packs from RSC. So I make all units for me, but you can repaint your own.

On the GORail repaint I build the backside logo from scratch and it was hard, but looks better then the one on the DX3 template...maybe for the reason it was copy and paste.

Hope you aren't angry with me, while I doing them all now. But I don't think I will upload them. !*don-know!*

And I use Gimp 2.8.

they look great Sibell. Why wouldn't want to upload them? You used the Academy SD70 correct? everyone that owns the sim has that engine.

well i was going to redo the veterans with the academy unit (with the DX5 whatever that means) and I was going to use the 911 if you are going to upload it, as a guide because the 911 and veterans both have those ribbon things but those look awesome,(much better than mine) please upload them, because they look almost perfect! !!*ok*!!
P.S I am not angry at all !*cheers*!

My reason not to upload them is based on the fact that there is already a GoRail and Berkshirefan765 startet the veteran unit.
But maybe I'll upload them...we'll see. *!!wink!!*

Problem is, the 911 and the 6920 certainly have both a ribbon...yes, but they aren't equal...if you look on some pictures you'll see the difference *!greengrin!*
So you couldn't badly use it as a template. *!!wink!!* But HELL YEAH it's a lot of fun to create engines which I'll never see in reallife...sadly, but true.
So I ride them in TS and feels happy !*roll-laugh*!

But a question, does the SD60E has the same bell/horn and engine sound like the SD70MAC ? If not, pls tell me how this engine sounds, maybe the sounds are out here on RWA and I can change them on this engines.
And really , you're can fortunate . The pattern in the GoRail was really a labor puzzle. !*roll-laugh*!

here is the horn most SD60Es have https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6yHObFt9NY4
and they have a Graham White E-Bell !!*ok*!! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UQvDSwd43f8
And how did you make the ribbons on the 911 and get rid of the front decal and side logo !**conf**! sorry I have not made any repaints of the Academy SD70 I just wanna use it for the flashing ditch lights and dim-able lights.
oh and here is a horn I made for the Nitsujy's GoRail but most SD60Es have this horn

!*roll-laugh*! !*roll-laugh*! Thx...and I made the ribbons on 911 from scratch.
I never copy paste things in a template. Mostly they will be warped or distortet and then they don't looking clear how I want.
That's all what I do...looking pictures...searching best shots and start painting *!greengrin!*
