You obviously had it working before now, so what did you change between versions?

I didn't change anything, now the error is just appearing by itelf. For instance, TexDiff isn't typed up anywhere in the program as a formula and it's still showing up popping up the error, have no idea why.

Because all I simply did was repaint the blue version that had previously worked and then exported the new one to the sim, then the error pops up.

Just did a test, first I checked the other one and it exported perfectly, then I repainted it to be brown and then only saved it as V3 and did nothing else with it.

Trying to import it into the sim, it pops up that error again while all that I did was re-texture it, didn't do anything else, didn't even re-select the shape file.

Does anyone have any idea at what could be causing this problem, seems like nothing I do works at fixing it and it show up anyways.

When you say you retextured it, did you repaint the original texture and convert to ace, or did you select a new texture to take the original's place? If the latter, did you ensure that the texture you selected was not a TGA or other format, but instead an actual ace file?

Don't take anything for granted. You may find that the error was a simple oversight.

With the help of Mike Rennie and another friend of mine I finally figured out the problem and fixed it, now finally the new version is back in the sim. I think the cororate was the back panel that didn't need a shiny surface since it didn't shine, but making sure each blank was filled and then re-texturing all of the shiny surfaces it finally worked and no more problem.
