Dang. I don't have Donner Pass, ill keep looking for a smaller grass, but not a single grass that would take forever, a patch, there are some patches i have but the grass is very large and makes hard to even see where the rails are..

I opened the route to checked the grass and I am using Donner Pass grass. But you can use the grass that comes with the main program just use the one that says long or small. What I did was I placed the grass and then I lowered the grass to make it just show the tops of the grass. Just try the main grass and see how you think it looks.

After you lower one piece to the level you want, select it and copy it using Ctrl+C. Then paste new patches using Ctrl+V and each one will be at the elevation that you set in the first one.

O.K the crossing is from one of the main routes. It is under Track Infrastructure LC Bath outfill. The other is from Dogmouse I got this great work from this site under the file download section. This is the creator Boomcar - by Richard (dogmouse) Chargin. I just used it in my route. There is something like that in the real Train Route.

Thank You that is my goal to make it as real as I can. I am looking for help to find a trackplan of the real route. The companys name of the Rail Road was The California Western. And it ran from Fort Bragg to Willits California. I am using Google Earth to make this and it is hard to see all of the track through the trees. I have used some of the YouTube videos to see some of the track but that is just very small sections. If anyone has any idias on where I should look that would be greatly appreciated. I have finished up to Redwood Lodge whitch is 10 miles into the route. I am headed to Grove which is 12.7 miles in the route. My goal is to make it to Northspur the half way point which is the turnaround point before April. The train does go to Whillits but it also turns around and goes bacy to Fort Bragg. The Train ride in its intirity is 4 hours long.

It seems it has a mix of names. when i searched the California Western RR it did come as if that was what is still called, but the official site says the Skunk Train Scenic Railroad and also the Redwood Route. And it syas now the Skunk train is operated by the Mendocino Railway
