Over the past month I have been slowly working on scenery in Cumberland. Here are some progress shots...

I think the houses on the side of that hill could use some work... !**duh*!!

John, if you know of a town in Arizona named Jerome, those houses on that little hill look just fine. And the rest of the route is shaping up very nicely. Fantastic work! !!*ok*!!

Lookin' good friend! !*salute*!

I just had a sort of wild thought, as 734 has been on my MSTS to-rebuild list for some time, if I do come up with one would anyone here be able/willing to convert it for RW? It wouldn't be smokebox quality by far but it would be there.

I know of a few people here on RWA who have converted models from MSTS to RW... But the models are far less in quality compared to RW, especially compared to the Smokebox one...

Plus you would have to create a new cab for it, etc. It would be easier just to repaint the original Smokebox model into Western Maryland.

Well, I'd thought I'd update this thread now since it's been a while.

I went back to an earlier version of this route because what I had could not be uploaded to workshop, which I really wanted to do. That was several months ago, now I have completed trackwork on the scenic railroad, and have yet to finish work on the CSX line. Right now, the route has no scenery. It still looks pretty good, though. *!!wink!!*

Don't worry, I did not have much "finished" scenery, just that little section south of Brush Tunnel.

In any event we would welcome your route here.

This route looks fantastic! As I am not familiar with the route (as in I've seen it but never been there), what is this CSX line you are talking about? Thank you!

The CSX lines I am talking about are the Mountain Sub, and the Grafton Line. I am not working on the route anymore, but I still have what you see in the above screenshots and I will happily give the route to anyone who wants to continue the project.

I am currently working on another project as well; yet another route. I haven't bothered announcing it here on RWA yet, but perhaps I will in the near future as I may need a little help in some areas.

In that case, I'll see if I can get it up on GoogleDocs or Mediafire.
