C'mon Sully tell em ... tell em how close this this to the real deal! You were just there - You know what I did in Tuxedo.
I am curious Sully - why are you exploring the southern tier at this time? *!greengrin!* I hope its because of the Bergen!
Nobody explores the Bergen like you man - you go far an wide!

I love the look of those DL&W F-Units Buzz. WOW ! Like Minerman's dad worked for the EL, my grandfather worked for the "Delayed, Late & Waiting" (DL&W) in his youth (Milk Trains on the defunct Sussex Branch) & it brings back great memories talking to him about it. But I just get the feeling of coming out of one of the west portals @ Bergen Hill, throwing the switch @ the interlock & going straight towards Dover *!greengrin!* LOL. Don't get no ideas Miner ! !*roll-laugh*!

Too late I got ideas like the Electric City. Cant say I got DL&W in the blood, but my Erie goes back 2 more generations, before my Dad.

The Lackawanna, man, that road has class.

I'm finally getting up to the Tier these days because there's cool daylight freight action moving. Passenger ops up there have yet to motivate me....maybe soon I'll go with the fall colors.

Slightly off topic. I'll post elsewhere when I get a little farther along.

You never know what you might find, plying the Bergen Line:
