I'm not sure as to which engine you're referring to. If you're referring to the RS3 than yes, I'll try my best to unwrap it in such a way that'll be easy to repaint.

If you're referring to the steam engine, I'm really not sure if I'm going to finish it. Because as it sits, there's WAY to much remodeling to do. When I made it a few years ago, I was making everything high pollyed and there's things that aren't modeled well; so those would need to be redone as well. In addition to that I have other diesels I plan on making after the RS3s. I do plan on eventually making a steam engine though.

Does anybody have or know where I can find pictures of ALCo's Tri-Mount Trucks? Because this is the best picture that I can find.

I could say what there for and why I need them, but that would ruin the surprise *!!wink!!* *!!wink!!*

Here's an early W.I.P shot of the RSD-4/5 I'm working on. I know the trucks aren't done yet, but I thought I'd show all of you the next model I decided to make.

i know it's not prototypical but do you think you could do this kind of chop job on it?

Image

think it would look interesting.

That actually is an interesting idea, it could be thought of as a what if kind of rebuild. I'll look into it !!*ok*!!

That nose actually looks like it was meant to be on an RS-3

Hello! !!howdy!! This project isn't dead, I've just been taking a break.

The purpose of this update is to let everyone know that I'm currently working to get one of these models in the game as a static object to see how it looks.

This should hopefully be done soon, when it is I'll update this again.

If anyone wants, I could also try making a Lamoille Valley prototypical route to go with it.
