I was just typing something similar to this.

Fantastic shot Buzz!

More importantly, huge props to the talented routebuilder! Using the roadbed asset to limit the size of the 'puddle' is something I hadn't thought of. !*salute*!

*Route Update Hot Fix Notification*
I have been using the 64bit version of TS to Build since release. Last Wednesday, I repaired a track that had been inadvertently moved in Suffern Yard. That move, resulted in a corruption of the track.bin on my machine. (This error resulted in the removal of frogs in all double slips in Hoboken, as well as various track breaks) This was likely released in update 210. Since not only did I zip a copy of the route just prior to upgrading and the fact that I back up every single day, I have multiple clean copies of the Bergen. A few minutes ago, I restored the track.bin and all track has been restored. The original track break was Suffern Yard track 1 and was missing after restore, this too has been repaired.

This looks like a mandatory - delete the route and clean install situation.
If any of you who will be driving out of Hoboken today or tomorrow, please spot check a few of the double slip switches and look for obvious track breaks and report back here.

Many thanks,
MM

There have been several others reports of tracks.bin files being corrupted under Railworks 64.

Does it work when you manually de-serz the .bin and edit the tracks.xml?

Will serz.exe then compile a valid and working tracks.bin you can upload?

1. I had read the other reports over the past week, and it wasn't until this morning that I thought of doing a check. As soon as I went to Hoboken I saw the issue.
2. I am a keep it simple kind of guy so, my solution was to rename track.bin to tack.bin.old and then restore my last good copy of the track.bin
3. I cant attest to editing the tracks.xml file.

The conditions I saw were exactly as described by other users, frogs on double slips gone, cross over frogs gone, random track breaks on 40% of the slip switches. ( I think have about 30 or so double slip switches on my route )

So it seems the algorithm that automatically renders frogs in crossings and double slip switches is broken under x64?
A tracks.bin contains a huge number of high precision decimal values of the sFloat32 type, it could be very well these get corrupted under 64 bits by some unforeseen error in one of the gamemanager.dll's.

This clearly is one for the experts of DTG to sort out in the source code.

I have been using the editor in 64 bit since the update yesterday and am getting better stability. According to the file modified dates there were several changes to the editor. No information as of yet from DTG or a change log.

The Minermen present a hot fix:
Route Update Number 211
New York Division-Bergen Line 9.9.4.8a: Back to Piermont

*HOT FIX* Corrects missing frog and track break issue from corrupted tracks.bin file. This was due to working on track while in the 64bit editor. This is a known issue and is being worked on by DTG.
*NOTE* Your tracks.bin file should be 5,332kb and no older than 10/24/2018 10:01pm
*NOTE 2* A clean install is recommended. Delete the contents of the route folder (19b667f7-2759-49e0-93d8-4dadc470bceb), restart TS2019 to ensure a fresh download.

Additions: 1 week of scenery work in Walden, New York

Old file size: 168.126 MB
New file size: 168.175 MB

*American Steam: now you can uninstall/reinstall the route! !!**sorry**!!

Interesting! I ran the Bergen (64 bit) out of Hoboken as far as the NEC station and found no issues. All double slip were good as were crossover frogs, except one in the terminal area that has been missing for some time ( dead end track). track bin is 5535 dated 10/12/18. There may be issues farther on that I have not reached yet

Some guy suggested I get my "Conrail Quality" on and try this guy out.

So, I took her for a spin. I gotta say, I haven't driven, felt or heard anything like this before.

You should try the headlights out, too! They don't cast any light on the ground during the day, so it won't look off.
Great screenshots on a great route!

The detail on this route is outstanding! I feel like one of the hardest things about route building is getting scenery to look dense and proper. And of course dealing with the stupid way the game terraforms.

I need to get the rest of the required assets so that I can run this route. I have ran the ones I currently have so much that they aren’t as enjoyable.

Minerman, I see that you have the Searchlight Simulations/Jointed Rail SD40-2 loco pack and the associated rail car packs as well. I do like the physics on these. IMHO closest to real behavior. The sounds are also the best. The route is looking great and thanks for fixing the details. This has been a continuous wonder since I subscribed to this. Keep it going. Going to 64 bit was the icing on this cake and has made it immensely more enjoyable.
