Yes, you will only be prompted to overwrite the existing files with the same file names. Everything else will be left alone if you have Windows 7 or 8. You might be thinking that it will erase the entire assets folder itself and replace it with the new one, it does not. Just the individual files within.

Is there gonna be any updates for this cause inside the Cab I can hear the engine sounds,There too loud I can barely hear the Horn & Bell sounds?

That's pretty much how the real one's are. I've seen a video of a P42DC w/out HEP turned on and you can just barely hear it. These sounds do have the HEP on, so you really shouldn't be able to hear it. A lot of crews complain about the noise, but that's how it is in real life.

Make sure you have the sound EFX enabled under your game settings. If you haven't turned it on yet, you've been missing out!

If I turn on ESX then Donner has an annoying echo effect.

Ya when I hit the 5 key I can hear the engine sounds in the Superliner.

You're supposed to. With this set I made it have Occlusion blueprints for the engine. On the final release, the superliner will also have the occlusion, and even more so, so the only thing you should really hear is the horn.
