From what I recall, Zawal had an issue with being bullied, or at least feeling like he was bullied. That's what drove him out of the French TS community, off the official DTG forums, and finally away from here. A dern shame too as he was by far the best freeware route builder in the biz, able to fill his routes with a sense of life in a way I've never seen anyone even try to do before or since.

If you really want to, I think you can still find some of his old routes on Railsim-fr.com. Sadly, his Steam Workshop routes are not among them. But please be respectful and don't republish another person's work. At best, it's still done without permission. At worst, it could be considered stealing, even if done with good intentions.

That's true. However he did agree to RWA publishing this route, but at the time technical problems prevented it.
I don't recall him being bullied here. We all have the highest opinion about his work.

Hi Zawal, I really like your roads on TS because of the many details you add and the realism you bring. I'd like to take this opportunity to make a suggestion for your next routes. It's a real shame that there are no existing Quebec rail roads in Train Simulator. I dream of the day when we'll be able to drive on such a road.
