CVP G39 Ore Hopper

Unread postby Railfan722 » Sun Dec 29, 2019 7:46 pm

Yet another CVP bit of stock. These are GreatNortherner's G39 ore hoppers from the PRR/PC/CR Freight Pack reskinned into the CVP scheme. These are intended to act as copper ore hoppers for trains from the mine at Odessa to the Grandby smelter, but you are free to use them however you want. If anyone has some good pictures of copper ore that could be used to replace the load texture, please send them to me - the original iron ore load isn't quite the right color. After wrapping both these and the N8s up, I have nothing else planned, so let me know if there's any rolling stock you'd like to see for the CVP.

New copper ore load. Still working on it - I think the color needs to be tuned down just a bit. Happy New Year to everyone!

A little more work on these tonight. The only change so far is the darker load, and at the moment I'm hoping to get them packed up and sent out for release sometime in the next few days.

Here's a shot of 30 of the hoppers in use on the canyon section of the route, featuring Buzz's F3s:

If you want to get these now instead of waiting on the file library, here's the Google Drive link to the file. The RWA description file is still in there - ignore it unless you want to see what's in the pack. https://drive.google.com/open?id=1VzAU5 ... CffAtVeD3a
