Ever find yourself trying to haul a train, and your power was without HEP, or maybe a steam generator? Or maybe you really need a dynamometer, to measure those in-train forces? Well worry no more...
I often find myself in these situations and this car fits the bill. Unfortunately, the car has several aliased textures from the GP35 locomotive. So by changing those files things like the GP35's trucks are now rusty black. There are ways around that, and I would be willing to make it happen if there is a interest for such a car. Maybe I'm the only yahoo who needs/wants one
