PRR tuscan red F7

Here is a project I was wanting start for some time now, since there currently isn't a Tuscan red F7 in the game. (that I know of)

I am using Buzz's Wabash units as a template because the bright colors might help me find what I need to paint.

sigh* I knew there was one somewhere and I missed it somehow. Non the less my version is slightly different than the one Buzz made. Mine is the 5 stripe scheme, while Buzz's is a solid stripe scheme.
