artimrj,

I really enjoy this ''little'' route. **!!bow!!** So many areas where I had to stop only to get a closed up view on the scenery.
You did an amazing job here. And I am really expectant what will follow in the previews updates.
Driven the Monon F7 passenger train scenario and it was great, sometimes hard to find the right position for pressing 'T' but when you stop right between the 4th and 5th wagon it works in any way. *!greengrin!*

Also I like the rolling stock and the big amount of repaintet engines. I think I will have a lot of fun with this route. *!!thnx!!*
The area with the car loading section are very interesting for loading scenarios of the Autorack cars. And I think there is a lot of switching action which can be made.
You have given so many options for creating several scenarios.

I hope in some places we can have a little bit traffic on the roads, because it looks very empty there. *!!wink!!*

Keep up the good work. !!*ok*!!

There is a asset missing. It's not flying. There are blocks under there.

Ok. I thought about that because of the clearance between the loco and the walkway.
But I wonder if the blocks have been placed already or I just don´t have the asset?

Happy New Year, Buzz!

This is the nice thing about previews, lots more eyes on everything.

I believe that a number of scenarios were Bob testing the route and should be treated as basic introductions to the route and its scenery.

Scenarios which include the author's initials are more likely to include AI trains and switching tasks.

As we all know Bob is a perfectionist, and I am glad he has released this route after a lot of hard work by a number of people and I expect that there are likely to be only minimal corrections required.

Thanks Bob, Buzz, etc, for a great job.

It is very nice indeed! Being that I live on the line I've seen just about as much as you can see in Frankfort, and it captures the scenery very accurately! And of course your options aren't limited to just NS and CSX! The Berkshires would be perfect on this route, as Frankfort was a bustling nickel plate town in the '50s and then when norfolk and western merged with NKP in '64 the line became their's. The CSX line that goes north and south in Frankfort is the old Pennsylvania line from Indianapolis to logansport however unfortunately the line to logansport was pulled up a mile north of Frankfort not too long ago. Sorry for the history lesson I guess I'm a ftn for Frankfort's history. Bob, Buzz, I thank you for this and the past couple years of work have paid off, and I thank the ones who helped them as well. If you guys would like, I can give you a list of common train symbols that can be used in scenarios. *!!thnx!!* !*brav*!

Okie doki, these are symbols that run through Frankfort everyday.
NS 123 (Decatur, IL - Chattanooga, TN) Mixed Freight: pulls into town about 9 at night and leaves around 8 - 9AM

NS 124 (Chattanooga, TN - Decatur, IL) Mixed freight: Pulls in at noon and leaves about 1 in the morning.

NS 17K: (Bellevue, OH - Frankfort, IN) Mixed freight:
It normally comes in right before 123 and gets broken up in the yard.

NS D43: (Lafayette, IN - Frankfort, IN) Local freight:
This train works in Lafayette then comes to Frankfort in the morning and starts working with the cars from 17K from the previous night.

NS D42: (Frankfort, IN - Lafayette, IN) Local freight: with the same power from D43, it starts work in Frankfort in the evening then heads to Lafayette around 10PM

NS 28G (St. Louis, MO - Cincinnati, OH) Autorack train:(empty) this train only pulls into town for about 30 minutes for a crew change, this train goes from one end of the yard to the other because of the length (note: this train always only has one locomotive)

CSX J776-13 (indianapolis, IN - Frankfort, IN) ADM local: this train brings a short 12 car consist of tanks and hoppers, it backs onto the NS line back to ADM plant by Frito Lay then heads back to Indianapolis. (This train usually has 2 GP40-2s or a GP40-2 then GP30 road slug)

Normally a few grain train go through but the symbols are never the same.
