Not great. I was on a roll with models, and then school started. I have little to no free time with things I do, and I have made no progress on anything. Not this or any of the other projects I had going. Once marching band is over, I will have more time, but that doesn't guarantee anything.

With that said, the SD70ACe-T4 model parts are done for the most part, so if someone wants to pick it up with painting, let me know. Now, my models don't have any kind of template, so child object decals would probably be the best choice for painting.

Very sorry.

Aye, marching band.

I can try and paint it if you would like me to do it
Da Build: Intel Core I5-9600k, Nvida RTX 2060 Super, 32 GB ram, and way too much storage.

I did get to hear one of the demo's idling and throttling up recently...These things sound like Alco's whilst idling then sound like Genset's when hitting the throttle, and most of the Demonstrators (If not all) have K5LA's from what I have seen around on youtube. Also a strange "feature" of these locomotives is yellow(ish) smoke... I don't know if any of this information is useful or will prove useful in the future of this project but I hope this helps to shine a light on what needs to be done! !*salute*!

Sorry for bumping the thread again but it has been confirmed that they have completed a few of UP's SD70ACe-T4's and are awaiting shipment! So once this starts rolling again I'm sure we will be able to have a wide variety of paint jobs!
