Slightly off topic but does anyone know how to re-size a decal?

Look at the stars on your pic. There are 2 near the middle that don't appear right

Only if it is in the engine's XML. Otherwise, I don't think so. I would just make it blank and make a custom decal.
Which, by the way, would not be hard. So if they need it, I can make one for him.
