Last time I checked you could still load it from his link on the first page.

And that was certainly true yesterday, when I did just that.

And WOW!

Kind regards, and many thanks for this stunning route,

Anybody else notice that the author is distributing copyright material, presumably without permission, including stock from Donner Pass?

But the route is so beatiful. In this case, the copyright is so important?

In my view it is. It doesn't matter how beautiful the route is, breaking the law is breaking the law. Presumably with the author being in the Ukraine he's pretty insulated from any repercussions.

However, the question remains. Should we support law breaking?

How are we supporting law breaking? I just looked at the asset pack and I don't see anything from RSC. Am I missing something?

Yes Buzz, I think you are missing something.

Have a look at the file SPRR.rwp It's stock from the Donner Pass route.

If you go back to the first post of this thread there is a line:

SPRR for scenarios (you don't need download it, if you have Donner Pass installed)

That link gives a download of the Donner Pass stock used in the scenarios. Almost definitely a copyright violation.

Are you sure you couldn't post a link to this text somewhere on the web?

I just downloaded this route and it does have Payware scenery included in it. It also has freeware that is not to be distributed in it. The links have been removed and this thread is locked.
