They usually can just be re-named.

Thanks! I corrected the nmc files, and those changes should hopefully be uploaded before the weekend ends.

One is 8888 and the other is DXT5. You can copy the whole texture from one to the other and then resave it properly. I would pull both files into photoshop and do the copy and paste and save for the one that needs changed.

Well I'll be.
Looks like the upgrade to TS2015 changed my settings.
Thanks Bob, I really wouldn't have thought of that.

It turned my scenery detail down also and I believe everyone else's.

That would explain why people say TS2015 runs better than TS2014.

It runs better with them turned back too. Way better. How come you always gotta say something negative? Is there no positive at all? None what so ever? Absolutely none at all? Zilch? Nada?

Sorry if it came off as negative, I was pointing out that people say TS2015 runs better than ts2014 and peoples graphics were turned down after the update. I haven't seen a change in frames with the same settings as before so if people didn't know about their graphics being turned down they might think the game runs better.

Thanks for the quick update-- unfortunately I didn't catch your explanation of the different DDS format before I submitted the changed files. When I tested the engine after simply copying and renaming the NM files, the skins appeared to work low detail settings.

So unless there's something else I missed, they should work fine now.

Well actually now all the A files are in DXT5 and all the B files are in cola8888 for the yellow. The A files are 1376 KB and the B files are 5463 KB on the yellow and they are all 5463KB for the blue. That almost doubled the size of the download.
