Is there a problem with the File Library uploads?

I have submitted my latest road textures twice in the last 5 days and it still isn't published yet. Is there a problem? It told me it was a successful upload, but it's still not in the File Library yet.

Nope I am here. Getting ready to post the files now. All the cats are fed and the poop is scooped and they are watered down and the ones that go out are out. I have my first cup of tea and a smoke and am getting ready.

Also there has been a global announcement for several weeks that shows up at the top of each forum telling you why your files are not in the library instantly. And one more time I will say this is my hobby, not my job. There is no such thing as instant gratification here. I do have a life other than trainsimming.
