Bluefield SD70ACe

I spammed mdurdan for it! But she's done! I will upload it later tonight! !*salute*! EMD recently delivered 20 SD70ACe's to the Bluefield Railway Company! Numbered 1001-1019! That's only 19! 19 for the public at least. !!det!!

This has been removed from the library. The uploader has the geo files in it and until he can figure out how to package something it will be offline. Nothing like turning RWA into a pirate site, jeez o petes!!!! Wake up!!!

I' left out the engine geo! I didn't think I needed the cab geos out of there! They can't use the cab geo without the engine geo!

I unchecked the engine geo in packager. Why didn't that work?
