I just released my latest Dash 9 package based on Norfolk Southern Primer Scheme.

There is 1 auto number clean version and 5 prototypical versions including a special version of NS 9894.

To tell you the truth I thought that was NS's new paint scheme when they released the BP4.

Sorry but I wont be adding it to my list of projects. Hopefully someone else might give it a try. I'll keep everyone posted on my future WIP projects over on my topic in that forum.
