Pulpwood Car (Magor woodrack)

Unread postby SCLJim » Tue Jul 17, 2012 11:06 am

I finally got around to uploading my Magor woodrack. The zip includes both loaded and unloaded versions of the car (to allow for more accurate braking), and a repaint template for those that wish to make new skins for it.

Thank you!

Now if I could unzip some time to work on a repaint....

Thanks.

They look great, can't wait to try it out.

I always loved log cars, have one just like this in HO scale.

Oh? Some cool info on that. The walthers cars are based on the SEICO racks. They are really similar to the Magor cars except the ends are straight across instead of the continued V-deck. CSX rostered SEICO cars but actually obtained them from the NS back in the early 90's, I think. I think that was the only SEICO cars they ever had, the rest were Thrall, Magor, United American, etc.
