Description: The annual Steam & Balloon Festival is on and you drive one of the steam engines. You have the first few legs before another crew will take over.
** Requires the payware PRR K4 steam engine DLC (or replace the engine with another one using RW_Tools) and NERW repaint **
Uses only NERW rolling stock (other than the K4) which is available at http://www.vnerrforums.com.
Contains AI's and lots of additional scenery.
