Creating RWP Files

Is there a faster way to convert reskins to RWP files than using Train Simulator Utilities? It takes forever for my library to load.

Not that I know of, but you don't have to make a rwp, juat a zip or 7z will do the trick.

I use TSTools to package up assets. It puts in a nice package with it's own installer and will even zip it for you if you wish. I usually do that manually so if I need to take a Geo out I can do that before it's zipped or 7Z'ed (Is that a word?) but that doesn't affect the installer.
