While I was doing some work on a european route I came across this guy Christophe Durveaux who is Belgian and does excellent scenario work in all TS20xx areas including a scenario pack (of 10) for Portland Terminal (also suitable for Maine Maritime (unzip, cut and paste into MM scenario file)) and a pack (10) for Pacific Surfliner.
His site is
Http://www.beluxtrains.net/trainsim easy to follow to scenarios for many countries (uses flags to identify). He uses a lot of AI content which makes his scenarios really interesting.
