CVP Route Box Cars Fix

Noticed that the couplers didn't show up. Sorry about that. It seems like old age and staying up late to finish it is a bad mixture. Plus having a cat in charge of the keyboard doesn't help either. **!!bang!!**

Fixed the bin file and the new zip file has been submitted on 12-7-20.
