This model is a Seaboard Coast Line reskin of the payware Union Pacific SD45 Loco Add-On. Thanks to Buzz for some expert help with a tricky texture file. The payware model must be installed for this unit to operate. You can purchase the base model here:

Run RW_AssetSetup to install the model. After unzipping, copy the GeoPcDx files from Assets\DTM\SD45-UP\RailVehicles\UP\Engine and paste them into Assets\DTM\SD45-UP\RailVehicles\SCL\Engine. The unit will be listed in the Scenario Editor as: “EMD SD45 SCL.”

This package is released as freeware. You can do whatever you wish with it EXCEPT make money with its use.
