I installed the ScaleRail from the Dropbox link and it added 40 files to my 3D trains folder, but a lot of track is still missing.

I don't think we have determined that is the issue. Did you install the route manually?

I hope you have 7 zip although there may be other ways to do this. Tell 7 zip to extract to a file with the same name. Take that file which will contain a path to where this needs to go content\routes and copy the a3a0c7-whatever folder to your routes folder. It'll probably ask you if you want to merge the folder. Overwrite all. See if that helps. Or better yet go find this thing in the routes folder and delete it so you are installing a clean copy and see what happens. If these instructions are confusing to you holler.

I figured out how to manually install it. Still didnt fix it. I'm about to run RWTools over it and see if it finds anything missing.
