You said the dispatcher gave you permission?
Do you refer to the signals before you arrive at chiloquin?
Normally you should wait for yellow if there is a red.

After Chiloquin all signals should be green. Arrival at the BNSF siding should be around 18:01
Then you need to wait until about 18:06 for the BNSF to pass.

I think you were too quick. Don't pass red signals unless it's allowed after pressing tab.

I hope this helps you. Sorry if the instructions in the scenario aren't clear.

Where can I find an empty Thrall car. All the ones I can find have loads on them.

The empty versions should be in your car list (if they are enabled from hte asset list).
There are empties that come with the SD40-2 Wide´Nose Addon and then empty versions for the repaints from Digirails (see Readme) which are based on the ones from hte WideNose addon.

I am having a problem with this one. I have two different D/L's of this scenario. The one I have installed at the present will not load even after I have swapped out all the necessary rolling stock. My freeroam scenario loads just fine.

There is only one version of this scenario. The readme was updated, but not the initial scenario.
You know, this scenario is very power-demanding: long trains, a high-detailed route.

Have you tried to go into the scenario through the editor option in the RW main menu and what exactly happens when you try to load it (is there an error message)?

I tried to go thru the Editor to load it and at refused to load just like when I tried to run it. Like I said before my free roam loaded with no problem.
