Big Horn "Early BN Hospital Deliveries" Scenario TS2012

Hi,

One of the last remaining old scenarios for the Big Horn has now also received a TS2012 update.
A freeware-only version is now also included, it looks a bit less prototypical but apart from that runs exactly like the free+payware version.

I just completed this scenario and it was great fun.
Call me stupid, I had never thought of having cars both in front and in the rear of an engine in a scenario.
