Southern Pacific Sill Stripe Fix

Here's a fix for that white sill stripe on the Donner Pass Southern Pacific SD40-2 and SD40T-2 which is not correct since they're using the older bloody nose paint scheme. It would only be correct if they had used the speed lettering paint scheme. This was definitely one of the most annoying errors RSC made with the Donner Pass content, even after it was pointed out to them several times.

But luckily it was an easy fix in Photoshop:
