This model is a Chesapeake & Ohio reskin of Larry Goss’s awesome freeware American Car & Foundry 40ft 10-6 Double Door Boxcar. You can download the freeware model here:

Run the RW_AssetSetup file to install the model. In the scenario editor the model is listed as: “AAR40ft10-6DDmt CO”. This model is installed into: Assets\MaineLines\ RailVehicles\Freight\Boxcars\AAR40ft10-6DD6BoxMT-CO. Sounds require that WJSounds be installed and enabled for the route it is used in.

This package is released as freeware. You can do whatever you wish with it EXCEPT make money with its use.

I now tried 4 different browsers. No luck. I am using Internet Download Manager by the way.

I have the same issue here and I tried on of the other RR boxcars (CBQ) and it worked fine.

Out of interest what browser are you using?
I've also tried 4 different browsers (BRAVE,Edge,Firefox & IE11) and I get the same "invalid" message from each one, but like Buzz I have no problems downloading any of the others

My bad, turns out the file is missing for me too, I must have confused with another file.
