The Rock Island had 11 F2 locomotives which were the transition from the FT hood to the F3. It was essentially a FT with the soon to be F3 body. I used DTM F3 for this repaint. This should go nicely with midenjohn's WIP of a stretch of the CRIP. I plan to do a weathered version of this also.
