Ok, v31.b is up and can be downloaded here viewtopic.php?f=30&t=10744 or at the top of this thread as I swapped out the URL there too. If you downloaded before this post, you'll have to download it again to get the fixes. Sorry guys, this thing is a beast and it is impossible for me to test every single car as I have thousands of them being I own all of the NA content with reskins, etc.

That's quite OK.
Make sure this is stable before uploading to RWA, Bob is busy enough already.

Just so you know, when you get strange behavior with sounds:
- for the sound proxy blueprints, BOTH the .proxyxml and the .proxybin files should be present, and they should be exactly the same (i.e. don't edit just the proxyxml);
- the proxyxml is ordinary text but it must be ASCII encoded, NOT Unicode or UTF-8 - better save it with good old Notepad instead of, say, Notepad++;
- for all other blueprints, the .xml file does nothing if the .bin file is present. Making changes to the .xml file only won't work. For this reason, I delete all .xml files and work directly with the .bin file using RW-Tools, which makes the workflow much easier anyway.

Krellnut and Bananimal

Now that (NEC)NYC-NH route has been released by DTG/RSC, would you consider adding your sounds to the bundled freight cars included with that DLC? I can barely make out a very anemic set of sounds that DTG included but these really do not compare to your excellent sounds set.

I've never found any ill effects not using, editing or deleting the bin files. I was and still am under the impression that they're not read for audio. I believe the problem Ken was having was improper volume parameters.
